Ms. Eagle Mo, founder of Telemax Environmental and Energy Management Ldt, with more than twelve years of energy management experience for various kind of buildings, including energy review, life cycle cost calculations, energy audits, energy saving system design and project management, LEED and HK BEAM. Before founding Telemax, Ms. Eagle Mo has worked in consultant firms for more than 12 years, including ACE and PBA. She has successfully completed the E&M design for more than 25 nos. of hotels, casinos, data centres, residential, commercial and institutional developments in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Mainland China. She is very familiar with the operations of all the building services systems including MVAC, FS, P&D and Electrical.
The major projects that she involved including:
- Venetian Macau - One of the largest leisure development in Asia including Casino, Expo Centre, Retails, Hotels, Event Centres
- Beijing Olympic Games - Green Buildings designs for Olympic Games including Fencing gymnasium, Mass Media Centre and Main Broadcast Centre.
- Walton Plaza 華爾登廣場(Shanghai) - The first building in PRC adopts under floor AC supply system
- Acer Data Centre (Taiwan) - The largest data center in Asia
- AIG Tower - Grade A intelligent office building in Hong Kong
Ms Eagle Mo was graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University with Bachelor (Hons) Degree in Building Services Engineering, then further obtained her Master in Hong Kong University. She was a visiting lecture in IVE for the subject of Indoor Environmental Quality. Now she is a visiting lecture in Polytechnic University for Design of Building Services and she is also the president-elect of ASHRAE Hong Kong Chapter for year 2009.
